You can use this page to:

  • Ask about services for yourself
  • Explore options for a family member
  • Coordinate services as a Support Coordinator or DARS counselor
  • Connect as a professional or organization

We’ll review what you share, respond with next steps, and help you understand what working together could look like.

How to reach us

Primary contact:

📧 info@branchesva.org

This is the best and most reliable way to reach us. We review all messages carefully and respond with next steps. If you prefer phone communication, you can request a call in the form below.

What to share

If you’re contacting us for yourself

You can share:

  • What you’re hoping will be different in your life
  • Which services you’re interested in (if you know)
  • Any access needs (communication, mobility, sensory, scheduling, etc.)
  • How you prefer we follow up (email, phone, etc.)

It’s okay if you’re not sure what service fits—just describe what you’re experiencing, and we’ll help you sort it out.

If you’re a family member or support person

It helps to share:

  • Your relationship to the person
  • What’s going well and what’s hard right now
  • Whether the person has waiver services, DARS involvement, or school support
  • Any known goals (community, behavior support, work, learning, etc.)
If you’re a Support Coordinator, DARS counselor, or professional

Please include:

  • Your name, role, and organization
  • The person’s initials (not full name unless required by your agency)
  • What service you’re exploring (Community Engagement, WISA, TC, training, etc.)
  • Expected funding: waiver, DARS, private pay, or unsure
  • Any timelines or deadlines

This serves as the referral for services, there will be additional documentation needed prior to intake. You may also request an information meeting for planning or multiple individuals.

If you’re an organization or program

Please share:

  • Your program type (school, provider, nonprofit, business, etc.)
  • What you’re hoping to improve (supervision, training, behavior supports, etc.)
  • How many staff or participants may be involved
  • Whether you’re exploring certifications, organizational training, or consultation

We’ll follow up with tailored options.

We aim to make communication and services accessible. If you use ASL, AAC, written-only communication, or need alternative formats or approaches, you can tell us in your message.
