This is a story about how we turned a smelly situation into a breakfast that exceeded our eggspectations!


Last week, we went to a farm where we tried lots of new, spectacular things, onion picking being at the bottom of the fun list. Our hands got muddy, our ride back to Branches smelled pretty rank, and we trekked  lots of dirt back into the building, but our story doesn’t end there.

After cleaning off our dirty hands and our smelly onions, we cut off the tops, and chopped em up!

Finally we made onion picking worth our while by incorporating them into this omelette recipe!
