This is my friend Larry.
He and I are saving the world one piece of plastic at a time. I know, I know… it sounds wild!
I met Larry in September when he decided that he wanted a job. Larry participated in Discovery so that the Branches Employment Team could find out what his interests, preferences, and conditions were.
Then, he participated in 3 Situational Assessments (aka a job try out).
And then, Larry was….*drumroll* HIRED at TFC Recycling!
